Procedure on the basis of established violations during inspections

When performing inspections, inspectors also perform duties of authorized officers of the minor offence authority. If during the implementation of inspections they also establish violations defined as minor offences by the regulations, they issue warnings, payment orders and decisions under their official duties.

Procedure on the basis of reports

The Inspectorate deals with and takes decisions on minor offences also on the basis of written suggestions put forward by injured parties, state bodies, holders of public authority or self-governing local communities.
